Returns

If you are unable to return your items at a physical location, you can ship the product back for return. The return process must be initiated within; (a.)15 days of purchase, or (b.)15 days after the reception of the online order, based on the web order tracking information.

IN STORE RETURNS
With presentation of your receipt, unused products purchased (in-store or online) may be returned or exchanged at either of our retail locations within; (a.)15 days of purchase, or (b.)15 days after the reception of the online order, based on the web order tracking information. Returned items will be subject to review upon return.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges can only be facilitated at our physical locations. Products cannot be exchanged directly using our online return form. If you want a different size, color or model  we recommend you purchase it through our online store. In the meantime, use the form below to start the return process for the item you no longer want.

Products bought online can be exchanged at our retail locations, however the refund must be processed through our online system, which is not instant and will require processing time.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS: 

Clearance (20% off or more), Underwear, Swimwear, Bear Spray, or Avalanche/Backcountry Safety Equipment are final sale.

Please note: If there was a shipping charge associated with your order, this charge will not be refunded upon return, unless otherwise stated.

If we have made a mistake with your order, please let us know in the "Reason for Return" field.

If the return is approved, we will supply the label. 

Please note, the cost of the return label will be subtracted from your refund.
