IN STORE RETURNS
With presentation of your receipt, unused products purchased (in-store or online) may be returned or exchanged at either of our retail locations within; (a.)15 days of purchase, or (b.)15 days after the reception of the online order, based on the web order tracking information. Returned items will be subject to review upon return.
Products bought online can be exchanged at our retail locations, however the refund must be processed through our online system, which is not instant and will require processing time.
Products bought on clearance (20% off or more) are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you are unable to return your items at a physical location, you can send the product back for return. The return process must be initiated within; (a.)15 days of purchase, or (b.)15 days after the reception of the online order, based on the web order tracking information.

PACKAGING YOUR PRODUCT FOR A RETURN
Shoes, snowboard bindings, goggles, and boots must include the original box in its original condition, without postal labels, stickers or tape stuck directly to it. Returned items will be subject to review upon return.
Restocking fees will be charged if the product is returned in a damaged box, or without its original box.

Online orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Expect your package to be shipped out in the next 48 business hours following the submission of your order. The shipping service you select does not affect the processing time of your order.
Unlimited uses Canada Postal Service to ship domestic and international. If you need to make special shipping arrangements, you can email Webstore@unltd.ca or call us Toll Free 1-403-762-3725 EXT 6 to speak with someone about alternative methods. We will try and accommodate as much as possible.
All deliveries MUST be signed for, otherwise Unlimited cannot take responsibility for delivery.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may need to verify any information you provide before we accept an order. Item availability and prices of all products sold on this site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities of certain items. In the event that our online stock is incorrect and we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you before proceeding with an exchange or refund.
If you purchase a product you feel is defective, you are within your rights to try and warranty the product. Manufacturer’s defects are covered*. Damage caused by misuse or human error is not. Most companies offer their own warranty process, they can be found on their respective company websites. If you feel more comfortable leaving the warranty with us, we are more than happy to try to assist.
- This process may take up to 6 weeks or more.
- UNLTD is a third party and are not directly involved in the warranty decision. We therefore cannot guarantee the item will be repaired or replaced.
- Where credit is issued by the manufacturer, UNLTD offers only store credit – no form of cash will be given.
- The customer must provide all receipts of original purchase before the warranty will be accepted by UNLTD.
- We reserve the right to refuse any warranty.
PLEASE NOTE: Extra fees may apply to warranties that require us to ship product to be inspected. In this case, we will contact you and set up a method of payment for these fees. The warranty process will not proceed until these fees have been settled.

* Manufacturer defects are left to the discretion of the manufacturer. Unlimited or their staff do not make the final decision on whether or not an item will be accepted by the manufacturer.
You can visit either of our locations to start a layaway, just be sure to indicate to our sales staff upon purchase that you would like to start a layaway.
Layaways require a non-refundable minimum deposit of 20% that goes towards the purchase price of the product(s). Once the down payment is received the product(s) will be held for up to 3 months in our “holds” room where they will be kept in pristine condition and off the sales floor. At this time the customer has up to 3 months to pay the remaining balance on the product(s). The customer may add payments onto the product(s) as much as they see fit within the 3 month period. Payments can be made by visiting the store or reaching out to Webstore@unltd.ca to arrange online payment.
PLEASE NOTE: Throughout the entire agreement term, product(s) on layaway are NOT subject to additional markdowns from the original purchase price.
If full payment has not been received after 3 months, the customer will be contacted via phone and/or e-mail with a reminder of the layaway in question. If it has been more than 3 months and the customer has not payed the balance with notification (unless there are extenuating circumstances) the 20% down-payment will be forfeit and the product(s) will be put back onto the sales floor. If the Layaway is cancelled at anytime the customer may receive a refund on any payment put towards the layaway except for the 20% non-refundable deposit.
Any customer is able to start a layaway directly through our online store using a 3rd party service, Sezzle. The advantage of this process is that you will be able to receive the product immediately upon initiation of the sezzle purchase.
HOW SEZZLE WORKS
Sezzle is a payment solution that empowers you to “Buy Now and Pay Later” with simple, interest-free installment plans. They break down the total cost of your purchase into smaller payments, spread over at least six weeks. As little as 25% is due at the time of the purchase, with the remaining amount spread out over equal installments (typically three), each two weeks apart. No interest or processing fees are charged to you - as long as you pay everything off on time, you only pay for what you ordered!
Once you’re ready to check out, select Sezzle as a payment method. If you're a returning shopper, you'll just need to log in. If you're a new shopper, we'll walk you step-by-step through creating an account and linking a payment method. After you’re approved and you complete checkout, the merchant will ship your products just like they would with any other payment method. You will be notified at checkout what sort of payment plan you’re approved for, including how much is due upfront and when the next payments are due. They will charge the first installment amount the day that you place your order, and the rest will be automatically scheduled. Don't worry - we'll send you text and email reminders, so there aren't any surprises!
PLEASE NOTE: Sezzle is a 3rd party payment service. Once your Sezzle purchase is initiated, they will be handling the payment side of your purchase. UNLTD will merely be fulfilling your order. Any personal questions about the payment must be sent to Sezzle support.
Unlimited Skate & Snow have an extensive selection of products from 100’s of different skateboard, snowboard and outdoor lifestyle brands. If you are unable to find the specific product you are after, please let us know what you are looking for. If we do not already stock that product we will look to see if we can order it for you.
In many cases we will have the requested item in store, we can then offer the option to be able to set up online payment and delivery or we can hold the item at the desired pickup store location. .
