SHIPPING

Online orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Expect your package to be shipped out in the next 48 business hours following the submission of your order. The shipping service you select does not affect the processing time of your order.

If you need to make special shipping arrangements, you can email Webstore@unltd.ca or call us Toll Free 1-403-762-3725 EXT 6 to speak with someone about alternative methods. We will try and accommodate as much as possible. All deliveries MUST be signed for, otherwise UNLTD cannot take responsibility for delivery.

If you would like your order delivered to a PO Box, you must use a Canada Post shipping method.

RETURNS
With proof of purchase, unused products purchased (in-store or online) may be returned or exchanged. The return process must be initiated within;
- 15 days of purchase, for in store purchases
- 15 days after the reception of the online order, based on the web order tracking information. 
The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us, unless otherwise stated. 

Products bought on clearance (20% off or more) are final sale and cannot be returned.
