SALES ASSOCIATES & KEY HOLDERS

LOCATION: BANFF

We’re looking for experienced part time and full time Sales Associates to join the crew at UNLTD Boardshop. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about snowboarding, skateboarding, and streetwear, and who brings great energy to the floor. You’ll be on the frontlines of the shop, helping customers, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure the vibe is always dialed.

This winter, our Banff shop will feature Burton as our exclusive snow brand, alongside our signature blend of streetwear and skate product. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Create a standout customer experience through product knowledge and authentic conversation
  • Handle transactions at the POS with confidence and accuracy
  • Keep the shop looking fresh—stocking, folding, merchandising, and maintaining visual standards
  • Stay up to date on the latest product drops, trends, and seasonal gear
  • Support the team in meeting daily sales goals and keeping the energy high
  • Help out with inventory transfers, and shop organization
  • Jump in where needed and take initiative when the shop gets busy

WHO YOU ARE

Are you passionate about assisting riders of all ages, ability levels and backgrounds? Do you embrace the outdoor community and the gear required to get out there? Do you simply enjoy helping people find what they seek? Do you want to work hard while having as much fun as possible? You’ll feel right at home on our team. 

  • You’ve got 1+ years of retail experience
  • You’ve got a strong interest in snowboarding, skateboarding, and lifestyle fashion
  • You’re reliable, responsible, and comfortable working independently and with a team
  • You’re a good communicator, personable, and solution-oriented
  • You bring attention to detail and take pride in keeping the shop running clean and smooth
  • You’re available for part-time or full-time hours including weekends and holidays

Preference will be given to applicants available through the upcoming winter season.
