Returns

Easy 30 Day Returns

New, unused gear can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we’ll issue your refund in the form of store credit. Avalanche/Backcountry safety gear is excluded.

ONLINE RETURNS

If you are unable to return your items at a physical location, you can send the product back for return. The return process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order, based on the shipping tracking information. 

Products bought on clearance (20% off or more), swimwear, underwear and avalanche/backcountry safety gear are final sale and cannot be returned. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise stated or in the case that UNLTD has made an error with the order.

IN STORE RETURNS

Unused products purchased (in-store or online) may be returned or exchanged at either of our retail locations within; (a.)30 days of purchase, or (b.)30 days receiving an order, based on the shipping tracking information. Returned items will be subject to review upon return. Receipt (physical or digital) is required.

Products bought on clearance (20% off or more), swimwear, underwear and avalanche/backcountry safety gear are final sale and cannot be returned. 

PACKAGING YOUR PRODUCT FOR A RETURN 

Items must include the original box or packaging, in its original condition, without postal labels, stickers or tape directly on the box/packaging. Returned items will be subject to review upon return.

Restocking fees will be charged if the product is returned in a damaged box, or without its original box.
